Article a little pessimistic. It appears to try to scare yet many people suffer very few debilitating side effects of smoking. However, there is so much evidence and research findings that it seems that to stop smoking would be a very good idea. There is no shortage of options-gum, patches, e-cigarettes. Or you could just slap a cop...........
